Player Information World Championship

Listed below are answers to many questions we've encountered during World Championship week. If you don't find the information you're looking for, please stop by the Tournament Information Center located in the St. Andrews Room at the Pinehurst Resort Clubhouse or ask a U.S. Kids Golf Staff member for assistance. Hours of operation, 6:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Thursday-Saturday.

We're very glad you're here!

Player Registration

Player Registration will take place at the Pinehurst Members Clubhouse on Tuesday, July 28 and Wednesday July 29, from 8 a.m. – 5 p.m. Players only need to register once prior to first round during designated registration times.
With over to 1,440 players, we request your cooperation during the registration process. In order to reduce the time you spend at Player Registration, we ask that players register within specific time frames, based on age and gender (siblings may register at the same time). If you choose to forgo Pre-Verification, U.S. Kids Golf will be verifying TPA player birth dates at the World Championship. Please bring a copy of your player's birth certificate OR passport to registration to submit to U.S. Kids Golf. This is a one-time process for each player.

Country of Representation: If a player would like to change his/her country of representation, he/she will need to provide a passport or birth certificate to U.S. Kids Golf. If approved, a player may only change his/her country of representation one time.

Please reference your player email send July 23rd to confirm your player's verification status.

Players now receive a universal Tournament Players Association caddie bib that they will keep and use for all future U.S. Kids Golf events. Additionally, an iron-on patch with the tournament logo will be available at every major championship. Care for the Course

We are committed to keeping our host tournament sites in the best condition possible. During the round, we encourage players and caddies to fill or replace their divots, repair ball marks and dispose of trash properly. These simple things will keep the course in better condition and leave the host facility with a positive impression of junior golf and U.S. Kids Golf families. Thank you for helping make a positive impact on the golf course.

Tournament Hydration
Water Stations and bathrooms are accessible on the course. Bottled products on the golf course are for players only. In extreme heat conditions water sources can deplete quickly. Volunteers are constantly monitoring and refilling stations as needed. Players and Parents are advised to bring extra water with them on the course for these extreme conditions. Additionally, all persons are asked to only take the amount of water needed in order for following groups to have water available.
