Spanish Open Parent/Child 2026

The Spanish Open Parent/Child is a chance for parents to team up with their young players in a fun, modified scramble format. The 9-hole event will be a tee time start on Wednesday, November 18th at San Roque Golf & Resort.

Registration: Registration is open to all Spanish Open participants and is on a first-come, first-serve basis. Adult partners must be at least 18 years old and cannot compete with more than one junior golfer. Registration will open on Friday, August 28th.

Cost: $165 per team. Entry fee includes greens fees, carts, and awards.

Start time: Tee times will be posted two days before the event date.

Format: Modified Scramble

Age Group Yardages: Yardages for players and Parents/Guardians will be available on the day of the event.

Awards: Trophies will be presented to the 1st and 2nd place teams in each age group.

Tiebreaker: U.S. Kids Golf Scorecard Playoff will be used to break ties for all awards. The winner will be determined based on the team score on the last six holes, the last three holes, and finally, the last hole. If the teams are still tied, continue backward from the last hole until a winner is determined. (The “last nine holes, last six holes, etc.” is considered 10-18, 13-18, etc.)
