Team Policies

Refund Policy for Team events

Team Captains can Withdraw from an event via the USKGClub (5) or more days prior to the event:

  • $10 processing fee
  • Team will be removed from the event

Withdraw processed less than (5) days prior to the event:

  • No refund available
  • Team will be marked as a withdraw (WD)

Team Withdraw Terms and Conditions:
  • The Team Captain is the player or person that has paid the event entry fee.
  • The Refund policy applies regardless of whether the team has been filled.
  • Teams that have not filled may still compete in the event; however, players may not join a team the day of the event if they have not registered through the team link.
  • Players who join a team via the team link must contact customer service if he/she wishes to be removed from the event.
  • A Team Captain who wishes to cancel from the event without canceling the entire team must contact customer service.
