2023 Girls Invitational - Jekyll Island (GA)
The Jekyll Island Golf Club will serve as host once again for a U.S. Kids Golf Girls Invitational.
The – Jekyll Island Golf Club was the site of the first U.S. Kids Golf World Championship in 2000. Since 2004, it has hosted our oldest Regional Championship – the Jekyll Island Cup. Families travel to Jekyll every year to reconnect with friends, compete in a championship event and experience everything the island has to offer. The island offers amazing activities off the course, including more than 20 miles of bike trails, paddle boarding, kayak rentals, and the Georgia Sea Turtle Center. We are thrilled to have Jekyll Island on-board as a host for our Girls Invitational Events.
Several of today’s young professionals also won at Jekyll Island during their U.S. Kids Golf careers, such as Lexi Thompson (2004), Mariah Stackhouse (2006, 2007), Alexa Pano (2011, 2012, 2013, 2014, 2015) Cindy Feng (2007) and Ashlan Ramsey (2008).
