The U.S. Kids Golf Texas Open is pleased to call Horseshoe Bay home for the 5th consecutive year in 2018. The resort features luxurious, newly-renovated accommodations and four championship golf courses: Apple Rock, Ram Rock, Slick Rock, and the members-only Summit Rock.  Widely known as some of the most scenic courses in the state, each course spans acres of rolling Texas Hill Country, along the shores of Lake Johnson. Golf enthusiast Turk Pipkin writes, “If you want to put your game to the ultimate test of Texas golf, these breathtaking, backbreaking and eye-pleasing courses offer you all you could want and more!” We look forward to competitors testing their skills in the Texas Hill Country!

For the first time, the newly renovated Slick Rock course will serve as a host course in 2018. Horseshoe Bay’s Ram Rock course is currently under renovation until Summer 2018, meaning Slick Rock will join Apple Rock as this year’s host facilities. Both courses are ranked as some of the best in the state of Texas and will be a treat for our young golfers and families.
