Event Information

In 2026, the Sandestin Golf & Beach Resort will host the newest U.S. Kids Golf Regional Championship. The Sandestin Championship will be contested on the Raven and Baytowne Courses, two of Sandestin's four championship courses. The expansive resort is a premier golf resort destination and features an endless amount of family activities, restaurants and an award-winning full service spa. We are excited to partner with the Sandestin Golf & Beach Resort to offer another championship event to our U.S. Kids Golf families.

Tournament Age Date & Priority Status Info

The Tournament Age Date for the 2026 Sandestin Championship is January 15, 2026. This will determine a player's age group for the duration of the event. Priority Status earned from this event will be active from April 16, 2026 through April 15, 2027. For more information, visit our Priority Status homepage.

Rankings & AJGA PBE

The Sandestin Championship is ranked by Junior Golf Scoreboard and eligible for AJGA PBE Stars. All Boys and Girls 11 & up will be eligible for both Junior Golf Scoreboard and AJGA PBE Stars.

Official Practice Round

Please Note: The Official Practice Round Fee for Friday, January 16th is included in your entry fee. You will be able to book your tee time for the Official Practice Round online, 30 days prior to the event. The online booking link will be made available here and emailed out to all players. Please do not call the pro shop to book times for Friday, January 16th. Players will still be able to book times any day prior to Friday by calling the Sandestin Pro Shop.
