Registration Information for Holiday Classic 2023

Qualified players with Lifetime through Level 4 will be invited and unlocked based on the schedule below. Please note that receiving an invitation does not guarantee a player’s spot, as entries into all events are subject to availability on a first-come, first-served basis. General Registration closes on December 18th at 11:59 PM Eastern Time. Priority Status invitations will be sent to qualified players at 3:30 PM Eastern Time on the dates below.

Each Level of Priority Status will be given its own start date of registration.

Level Lifetime - Level 11: Tuesday, August 22
Level 10: Tuesday, August 29
Level 9: Tuesday, September 5
Level 8: Tuesday, September 12
Level 7: Tuesday, September 19
Level 6: Tuesday, September 26
Level 5: Tuesday, October 3
Level 4: Tuesday, October 10

Please note the dates of the next round of Priority Status invitations. If you intend to register for an event, please do so before the next round of invitations is scheduled to send in order to guarantee your spot or get on the waitlist at the earliest possible time. A player's age on November 30 will determine his/her age group for the duration of the event.

Open Applications

Due to traditionally heavy demand for this event, we will not be accepting Open Applications.

Cost

$395 for 9-hole players and $455 for 18-hole players (includes two tournament rounds, family glow golf, tee gifts, and awards). The official practice round is not included in the entry fee.

Practice Rounds

The Official Practice Round day will be December 20th. The practice round rate will be $105 for 18-hole competitors and $68 for 9-hole competitors. Those wishing to play prior to December 20th, must be staying at the Resort and rounds will be at the Resort's prevailing rate. Players staying off site will not be granted access to the courses prior to December 20th, unless competing in the Parent-Child on the 19th. Practice times can be scheduled by calling the golf shop directly at 561-627-1804. The official practice round day is Tuesday, December 20th and is for PLAYERS ONLY. There is limited space available, so please be sure to call and reserve your times.
