Venice Open 2025

Event Information
This August, northern Italy's oldest city will host many of the world's best young players. In its eleventh year, the U.S. Kids Golf Venice Open will occur just outside Padova, Italy. During the three-day championship, boys and girls, ages 5-18, will compete on the three "Play Golf 54" courses – Montecchia, Galzignano, and Frassanelle - during the three-day championship. Golf Della Montecchia features 27 holes and is among the leading golf courses in Europe, having hosted several Challenge Tour events. The beautiful Galzignano Terme Spa and Golf Resort includes a 9-hole course with a driving range and three hotels and lastly the beautiful Golf Club Frassanelle is an 18-hole golf course integrated into the wonderful landscape of the Euganean Hills and will play host to our older age groups.
The Venice Open offers young golfers the opportunity to compete in a multi-day championship event and qualify for U.S. Kids Golf Priority Status. By earning different levels of Priority Status, players can qualify for other U.S. Kids Golf Major Championships including Regional, International, and World or World Teen Championships.

Tournament Age Date & Priority Status Info
The 2025 Venice Open Tournament Age Date is August 15, 2025. This will determine a player's age group for the duration of the event. Priority Status earned from this event will be active from November 16, 2025 through November 15, 2026. For more information, visit our Priority Status homepage.
Junior Golf Scoreboard & WAGR
The Venice Open is a 3-day event
- Junior Golf Scoreboard recognizes it as a ranked event. Boys 11 and up and Girls 13-14 and up will be eligible if all the requirements are met.
- World Amateur Golf Ranking will recognize it as a ranked event for Boys and Girls 13-18.
