Vallarta Open 2026

Event Information

U.S. Kids Golf is excited for the 6th annual Vallarta Open. Due to circumstances beyond our control, the event has been moved to Vidanta Vallarta – Norman Signature Course. The course plays host to the best players in the world this October as it hosts the VidantaWorld Mexico Open, a PGA Tour event.

The Vallarta Open offers young golfers the opportunity to compete in a multi-day championship event and qualify for U.S. Kids Golf Priority Status. By earning different levels of Priority Status, players can qualify for other U.S. Kids Golf Major Championships including Regional, International, and World or World Teen Championships.

Tournament Age Date & Priority Status Info

The 2026 Vallarta Open Tournament Age Date is May 15, 2026. This will determine a player's age group for the duration of the event. Priority Status earned from this event will be active from August 16, 2026, through August 15, 2027. For more information, visit our Priority Status homepage.

Junior Golf Scoreboard

The Vallarta Open is a 2-day event

• Junior Golf Scoreboard recognizes it as a ranked event. Boys 12 and up and Girls 15-18 will be eligible if all the requirements are met.
