Tournament Overview
The world’s best young golfers ages 5-18 descend upon East Lothian, Scotland for the prestigious U.S. Kids Golf European Championship. Approximately 550 players from 35 nations compete in Europe’s premier junior golf tournament to showcase the next generation of stars. The championship is held on many of Scotland’s historic golf courses in East Lothian, including Gullane, Craigielaw, Luffness New and Longniddry.

The Van Horn Cup will be contested at Luffness New Golf Club, following the conclusion of the European Championship. Top players from Western Europe will face off against top International players in a team event. In all, 10 games of stroke-play four-ball are played, and each game is worth one point.
