South American Championship 2020

The 2nd annual U.S. Kids Golf South American Championship will take place at the heart of Brazil, in Rio de Janeiro. Considered one of the most beautiful cities in the world, the city also has one of the New 7 Wonders of the World. The host of the 2016 Olympic Games, boys and girls, ages 5–18 will have the opportunity to play at the Olympic Golf Course, designed by Gil Hanse and approved by the best players of the world. Our second host course is Itanhangá Golf Club. A 27 hole complex that has hosted European Tour and LPGA events. It will be a great combination for the families mixing great golf with great landscape. The beginning of the summer will be perfect to enjoy the beautiful beaches of Barra da Tijuca where the courses are located. We are expecting to have more than 200 of the best players from South America. Come to enjoy this experience.

Junior Golf Scoreboard

U.S. Kids Golf will report scores  to Junior Golf Scoreboard for Boys 11 and older and Girls 12 and older provided the yardage played is greater than 4500 yards and not shorter than the forward most USGA rated tees.

Scores from Boys & Girls ages 15-18 will be reported to the R&A’s World Amateur Golf Ranking.
