Registration Information

Invitation Information

Players are invited on a space-available basis. Registration is first-come, first-serve once Status levels are unlocked. Any eligible players who register after an age group is full will be placed on a waitlist.

Please note that in order to earn Priority Status towards the World Championship, the qualifying event must have a Tournament Age Date of April 15th or earlier.

Tournament Age Date & Priority Status Info

The Tournament Age Date for the 2025 World Championship is July 31st. This will determine a player's age group for the duration of the event. Priority Status earned from this event will be active from November 1, 2025 through October 31, 2026. For more information, visit our Priority Status homepage.

Entry Fees

Entry fees are $475 for 9-hole participants and $575 for 18-hole participants. Fees include three championship rounds, Parade of Nations, tee gifts, and pre-round range balls. Practice rounds are not included and must be scheduled by contacting your tournament course directly.

Pairings and Final Round Pairing Policy

Players are paired randomly for Round 1. Our goal for Round 1 is to ensure players are paired with players from different states and countries. Round 2 pairings are based on score, with lead groups teeing off later in the day. For the final round, please see the Course Assignments page for our Final Round Pairing Procedures, in which the top 50% of the field will tee off first, followed by the rest of the field.

Sibling Exemptions

Exemptions for siblings will be extremely limited and only available in age groups that do not fill up or do not have a waiting list. Players who request a sibling exemption for the World Championship, and meet the exemption requirements, will be placed on a sibling exemption waiting list. We will begin reviewing the sibling waitlist starting June 20th. Upon review, qualified siblings will only be accepted on a space-available basis and by Priority Status Level. Age Groups with significant demand will not be eligible for Sibling Exemptions.

Meeting the sibling exemption requirements DOES NOT guarantee entry into the event. Only players with Priority Status Level 5 and up are eligible for a possible exemption.

Caddie Bibs

Caddie bib names must be ordered at the time of event registration and the cost is non-refundable. If you are unable to attend the event, your name can be mailed to you after completion of the tournament if the tournament department is notified.

All caddie bibs and names will be available for pickup at event registration. Players will not have an opportunity to order a name at the event but will receive a caddie bib at player registration.

Yardage Books & Green Reading Materials

Players will receive a special yardage book cover as part of their tee gift package. In addition, U.S. Kids Golf is partnered with StrackaLine to provide players a special 40% discount on USGA-approved greens reading books for World Championship Courses. Veteran Golfers Association World Championship Qualifier

U.S. Kids Golf has partnered with the Veteran Golfers Association to offer a special one-day Qualifier for the 2025 World Championship. More information for the 2025 event will be available soon!

In order to be eligible to register, a player must have an immediate family member (parent, grandparent or sibling) that has served or is currently serving in the United States Military.

World Championship Parent/Child events

The World Championship Parent/Child is a chance for parents to team up with their young player in a fun, modified scramble format.

The World Championship – Boys Parent/Child will be held Monday, July 28th at Talamore Golf Resort, Pinehurst No. 6 and No. 8. More information will be available soon.

The World Championship – Girls Parent/Child will be held Tuesday, July 29th at Longleaf Golf & Family Club and Pinehurst No. 6. More information will be available soon.

Players in all age groups will be eligible to receive U.S. Kids Golf Priority Status.

We will report scores to Junior Golf Scoreboard for the Boys 11, Boys 12, Girls 11, and Girls 12 age divisions.

Competitors in Boys 11, Boys 12, Girls 11, and Girls 12 age groups will be eligible to receive AJGA Performance Stars for Performance Based Entry.
