Location Information for German Championship 2023
Bad Ems is a charming spa town located in the state of Rhineland-Palatinate. Nestled in the Lahn Valley, it is known for its rich history, beautiful landscapes, and therapeutic mineral springs. The healing thermal springs of Bad Ems have been renowned since Roman times. In 2021 the town became part of the transnational UNESCO World Heritage Site and the name “Great Spa Towns of Europe”, because of its famous hot springs and 18-20th century architecture bearing testimony to the popularity of spa resorts in Europe during that time.
